Purebred Border Collies, The dam has AKC papers the sire does not but is purebred just never registered. The puppies were born on 6-16- at 12:00 AM. They will be ready for new homes on August 11, that is when they will be 8 weeks old. The puppies are very playful and have been introduced to small children, Adult dogs and rabbits. The parents are working farm dogs and they guard my rabbits, chickens, and sheep against coyotes and stray dogs. Border collies do great with children BUT keep in mind that they were bred to herd. That includes children. A well educated and exercised border collie will not herd or bite children. Also keep in mind, Border collies have a lot of energy and are best for farms/ranches but will also do good in apartments or a house that provides a lot of exercise and attention/love. The dam had a litter of 6 but 2 puppies are reserved already two different families that are anxious for 8-11-13. The four pups on the red couch are still available. Contact me through Email with any questions you have. The sire is a chocolate border collie with green eyes. The puppies are currently on pedigree puppy chow with goat powder milk replacement and eat it as cereal. They will come with there first essential shots, deworming ready and healthy for there new home. Only 3 males left. Female with spot on head has been adopted and will go home on the 11th.
